A very beautiful heirloom apple that stores well.
PF 28-007 Peach on Nemaguard (Spring 2025)
An excellent late-season, freestone peach.
This tree is resistant to bacterial spot and self-fertile. The fruit is a late-season peach that is large, attractively colored, and has very little fuzz. Sweet (15.5 °Brix) and tangy, these freestone peaches are easy to can, make an outstanding cobbler, and look great in a salsa. PF 28-007 has received excellent reviews, and growers are especially pleased with the appearance of the fruit and the ease of harvest.
Any peach variety with PF at the front of its name is a creation of Paul Friday, Michigan peach breeder extraordinaire.
