Ripening mid-season, this prune plum has firm, sweet, greenish-yellow flesh. It is medium large and freestone. This is your classic purple prune plum good for baking, drying, or eating fresh.
Early Italian ripens two weeks before Italian. It is essentially the same plum, just earlier.
