A very beautiful heirloom apple that stores well.
Kristin Cherry on Gisela 5 (Spring 2025)
Kristin is a very cold hardy dark sweet cherry.. Also known as NY 1599.
Kristin was developed at Cornell University by Dr. Robert Lamb. It produces large dark cherries that are about 1" in diameter. It ripens mid season in Geneva, NY. It was selected because of its extreme cold hardiness and size.
