TangOs® (Yellow Peento) Peach on Nemaguard (Spring 2025)

A midseason, yellow peentos (flat) peach. Also known as NJF 16.

The tree is largish and spreading with a rounded canopy. Vigorous, and productive, it is also resistant to bacterial spot. This peach variety is self-fertile, and a pollenizer is not required.

TangOs® is a flat "donut" peach with yellow skin and outstanding flavor. Developed by the Agricultural Experiment Station at Rutgers University, it ripens with Saturn and has excellent size and firmness. The fruit is large by flat peach standards, completely yellow, and picks clean. The flavor is wonderfully sweet and spicy. In addition to producing a high-quality fruit, TangOs® also produces an abundant and showy bloom of large, light pink flowers.
