A highly flavored, late-season dessert apple, perfect for organic production.
Pink Princess Apple Scionwood (Spring 2026)
A flavorful, red-fleshed apple. Also known as Pink Old Lady, Pink Lady, Pink Lady Jansen.
A moderately vigorous, spreading, productive tree.
Ripening mid season, this apple has pink flesh and a better flavor than Pink Pearl, one of its parents. The apple is medium sized and the green-yellow skin is overlaid with red stripes.
This is a cross of Pink Pearl and King of the Pippins made by Fred Jansen. It was developed in the 60's and originally called Pink Lady, but this name was claimed by Cripps Pink, so in 1997 the name Pink Princess was chosen instead.
