These are 24 inch tall x 3 inch diameter tree. They protect small trees from rodents damage (from mice, voles, rabbits, groundhogs, etc.) and landscaping tools like string trimmers and moers. These grow tubes allow some light to pass through which helps against formation of adventitious roots and burknots. We recommend burying the tube a couple of inches to discourage rodents from slipping under. There are also holes punched to allow for stakes to pass through and hold the guards in place.

We also recommend that you either staple or zip tie the edges together to keep the tube from unraveling in a heavy wind.
