How to Change Your Existing Order

Why is it best to add to your existing order instead of placing a new order? Placing a single order, and adding to it as the season rolls on, will result in a single shipment and lots saved on shipping! It also allows you to reserve items that are available now (which might be sold out later) and then add more items that come available later -- such as newly listed trees or rootstocks or scions. No need to wait until everything you want is available. Place your order early, then build it up as the season progresses.

ADDING ITEMS

To ADD trees, rootstocks, or scions to your order, follow the steps below if there are at least 3 weeks until the scheduled shipping date for your order:

• Login into your Cummins Nursery account.  If you've forgotten the password for your account you can make a new password.
• At the top of the page click Your Orders.
• Find your order in the Order History section and click the Pencil Icon on the right to see your order details.
• Scroll down the page to your Order Items section and click the blue + Add Items button.
• Type in the tree, rootstock, and/or scion varieties that you want to add to your order in the product search entry field.
• For rootstock and scion, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the options of your search.

To make changes within 3 weeks of the scheduled shipping date, please email us at cumminsnursery@gmail.com with the changes you would like to make to your order.

REMOVING ITEMS

To REMOVE items from your order:

• You will need to contact us.
• You may email us at cumminsnursery@gmail.com with the changes you would like to make.
• You may also call us between 10am-4pm Monday thru Friday. Our number is 607-269-7664. NOTE: We frequently step out of the office and are not always able to answer the phone. If you do not get one of us on the phone the first time you call, please call back later or or leave us a message requesting a callback and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
