Our trees are guaranteed to be healthy and to grow well in their new homes provided that they are given proper care. If your trees fail to prosper, please notify us by Aug. 1. |
Upon delivery remove the trees from the shipping boxes. The roots should be wet down. If you cannot plant your trees immediately, heel them into moist
soil or sawdust. |
Substitutions - Unless otherwise directed, we will substitute the closest available size if we are unable to fill your order as stated. Your bill will be altered accordingly. |

A deposit of $2.50 per tree is required to
hold your order. On orders of $300.00 or less, we request full payment on receipt of order confirmation. |

Stone Fruit - must be shipped or picked up by April 25 or guarantee is void. They break dormancy early. |
Please plant your trees in a suitable orchard site and water them regularly. Weeds should be controlled.
Mice and deer should either be fenced out or dealt with in an appropriate manner.
Do not fertilize your trees at
time of planting. |
Payment - balance due upon delivery. Overdue
accounts will be charged 1.5% (18% annual)
